Returns due to customer's convenience
- Generally, we do not accept returns for reasons of customer convenience.
- However, if the product is unused and unopened and you contact us within 30 days of the purchase date, we will accept an exchange for an equivalent product.
- If you wish to exchange an item, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
Returns due to defective or incorrect delivery
